Well, I gave it the old college try but just can't see the value in Flock the way it is working on my Mac and Windows XP. Neither seems that stable in terms of integrating with the third parties I'm most interested in. So I've given up and returned to Safari on the Mac and Firefox on Windows.
Onward to Chrome as the new yab (yet another browser)...

I've tried Flock three times during it's development, and gone back to Firefox each time. Flock just seems to get in the way, even when using the social network features that are supposed to differentiate it.
Chrome seems to be "just another browser" so far, although with some nice features. I've tripped over a few sites that it doesn't work with, of course. I'm still playing with it (it's great for GMail and Google Reader), but I'm leaving Firefox as the default browser for now.
YMMV, of course :-)
Thanks for the comment chk. I completely agree about Flock failing even on the social network features. It remains to be seen of Chrome will be the real deal.
